By accessing or using Newton ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms on behalf of that organization.
Use of the Service
Newton provides document intelligence services that allow you to upload files and ask questions about their contents. You retain ownership of all files you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any files you provide to the Service.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Organization administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to upload illegal content, infringe on intellectual property rights, or attempt to access other organizations' data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of Liability
Newton provides answers based on the content of your uploaded documents. While we strive for accuracy, the Service should not be used as the sole basis for critical business decisions. Always verify important information against original sources.
