When you use Newton, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and company information when you create an account. We also collect the files you upload and the questions you ask through the chat interface.
How We Use Your Information
Your uploaded files are used solely to answer your questions and provide document intelligence within your organization. We do not use your files to train machine learning models. Your data is isolated from other organizations.
Data Storage & Security
Files are stored with encryption at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data. Each organization's data is logically separated to prevent unauthorized access.
Data Retention
Your files and conversation history are retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual files or conversations at any time. When you close your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
